The parking appeals committee is a group of neutral, third-party customers who make the final decision on whether a customer's citation should be upheld, reduced to warning, upheld with reduced fee, or dismissed. The committee meets weekly. Applicants must be in good standing with the parking office, must not owe a balance in citation debt, and must not have received a citation within the past six months. Committee members are expected to attend at least one committee appeal session per month.
